The entire project was completed ahead of schedule and exactly as promised. Installation Technician was very polite, professional and kept us informed of the entire projects status.

We had an appt for 3pm for an estimate on our house roof, garage roof, attic access to both, gutters, and siding on Sat, 8/30/2025. They were a no call, no show. I even called them 10 min after the scheduled appt time, and they confirmed I was on the schedule for that day & time and said they’d pass on my message and have someone call me back. It’s been 2 days since the appt that they never showed up for and still no call back. Now after taking the time to read the lowest reviews first for Moose Roofing, I see that I dodged a bullet not having them come out to do an estimate. And if they pull some kind of BS, it was not raining here until 2.5 hrs AFTER my scheduled appt time as I was outside waiting for them the whole time to show up. Thanks for wasting my time twice since I had to move things around to give you attic access. Do yourselves a favor if you’re looking at using any company for a service and always read the lowest reviews people take the time to post so that you are not in the same position as those posting their negative experience. I’m sure glad I didn’t sign any contracts with them now! Very unprofessional and not respectful of your time!

Problem: Leaking skylight and possible attic ventilation issues.
Solution: Remove skylight. Call Moose Roofing.

Jeff (Project manager) and Christian arrived on a Sat morning and did a thorough site survey.
Pat (owner) happened by and we all had a lengthy discussion about construction techniques and attic ventilation.

A few days later:
Jeff returned with Anthony to investigate attic ventilation.
Kudos to Anthony. He removed an eve vent to inspect interior, and then bravely ventured up into the hidden attic space where no man has gone before.
He also pulled a shingle to acquire a color match and installed a temporary cover over the pulled shingle.

And a few days later:
Miller delivered material and would brief the crew on specifics of the job.
The crew rolled in, set up, and went right to work.
In about 90 minutes, they had the skylight pulled, decking patched, and three bundles of shingles installed.
Packed up, cleaned up, and they were off.
Very efficient and professional.

Another nasty storm came through and the Mooses had many emergency calls for help.
My job was still carried out with normal urgency.

Very impressed with Moose roofing.
Everyone was cheerful and easy to deal with.
All my expectations were met and exceeded.

I chose the wrong color of the shingles and Mark Powell caught that before the installation and helped me pick the right color matching everything else. It turned out great.
