From the time I called for an estimate until my flat roof was replaced it could not have been gone better. Hats off to Joe Grout Courtney Wilson for their communication, explanation and courtesy. The staff was courteous and worked very hard from early morning until dark finishing in one day. They found additional issues and repaired them as well. Also wanted to tmention Angel I don’t have his last name as another excellent staff member. I would recommend this team again and again. my neighbor called to ask for the name they were impressed and wanted name and number. The entire team of several people all were courteous and respectful to me. I will definitely use this company again if I have other roofing needs

Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm. They gave us a prompt estimate and worked with our insurance company. Moose roofing replaced our roof. They showed up when they said they would, they did a fantastic job removing the old and cleaning up. We were kept informed of any changes needed. They had to change all of the decking and some other repairs. The roof replacement was done much quicker than I expected. The quality of the work was outstanding. The crew were very polite and professional. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! We would recommend them.

Quick response. Friendly. Excellent service. Moose Roofing made the time to inspect the damage the same day that I called. Sean-Michael is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains things in a way you can understand. He provided suggestions on how to minimize the damage while waiting for the crew to come out and repair the damage. Temporary patch was made the next day to try to minimize any potential water leaks caused by potential storms. Moose Roofing was able to get the crew over within a week to repair the damage. Crew was prompt and respectful. They cleaned up their mess and left things looking the same as when they arrived. Very impressed and happy with the results.

Very professional group. Promptly attended to my damage in assessment & getting the correct products to complete the repair work. Gave me a no nonsense estimation of expected life of remaining roof allowing me to decide to repair damage or do a full replacement. I'm very happy with their work.

Everyone with Moose was top quality people. The salesman, the office staff, the crew, and the Foreman. They kept me in the loop with any issues, or changes. They told me the plan and they worked the plan. They took care of all of my wife's plants and other landscaping. These guys were GREAT!
