Hi! I’m Natalie Hernandez, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Moose Roofing. I’m originally from California but raised in the Midwest. I’m passionate about leadership and helping teams perform at their highest level. My background includes recruiting, marketing, HR and military leadership. These have taught me how to identify strengths, set clear goals, and activate results. This position allows me to lead from the sales and marketing sides to take real growth and impact.
I’m a strong communicator and a result driven leader who knows how to bring out the best in people. I excel in creating structure, setting clear expectations and aligning teams towards a common goal.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my kids, making memories outdoors, fitness and mentoring others.
