These Terms of Service explain how you may use the Moose Roofing website and related services (the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

We provide residential and commercial roofing services across the Omaha area and in Kansas, including Wichita, McPherson, and Salina.

2) Using the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and for evaluating or purchasing our services. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with security, or try to access non-public areas. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through forms, chat, or phone.

Some features may use automated or AI-assisted tools (for example, our receptionist or scheduling assistant). Automated tools follow our policies, and you can ask to speak with a person at any time.

3) No professional advice

Content on the Site is for general information. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection or a written proposal. Decisions about repairs or replacements should be based on a professional assessment and signed work order.

4) Appointments, estimates, and contracts

Online requests help us schedule visits but do not create a binding agreement. Work begins only after you approve a written estimate or contract that sets scope, materials, timing, and price.

5) Intellectual property

All text, photos, logos, and other materials on the Site are owned by Moose Roofing or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without written permission.

6) Reviews, photos, and user submissions

If you send us photos, testimonials, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them on the Site and in marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy. Please submit only what you have the right to share.

We confirm the number and record the consent. Your consent is not required to obtain a quote or purchase services.

First message:
After consent, our first text confirms who we are, what you will receive, how to opt out with STOP, how to get help with HELP, and includes a contact method.

Automated replies:
Some messages may be sent by automated or AI-assisted systems to speed up scheduling and support. A person can review or take over on request. We do not send promotional blasts.

Message frequency and fees:
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out:
Reply STOP to any Moose Roofing text to opt out. We also honor common opt-out words such as STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE. We will confirm and stop texting that number. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moose Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars (USD $100).

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Moose Roofing harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

16) Governing law

These Terms are intended to be read together with any non-waivable consumer protection laws that apply to you. To the extent permitted by law, Nebraska law will generally apply to use of this Site; for projects or services performed in Kansas, Kansas law may apply. In all cases, the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence continue to protect you.

Any dispute may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in (a) the county where you reside, (b) the county where the services were performed, or (c) Douglas County, Nebraska, or the federal district covering those locations. Nothing here limits your ability to bring a claim in small claims court or to seek temporary or injunctive relief. This section does not waive any rights you have under applicable law.
