Travis Royster

I’m Travis Royster from Horse Branch, Kentucky. I’m currently the Operations Manager for MooseVision and Fleet Manager for Moose Roofing.

Moose Roofing is great about having a work-life balance. This gives me the ability to maintain a personal life, flexible hours, and the option to work remotely. 

I’m a force multiplier. I just don’t do the job that I was hired for, I absorb chaos, connect the dots across different roles and make things work when there isn’t a clear playbook. I adapt fast, understand operations and relationships, and protect the mission…even when the structure is unstable. 

After work, I enjoy watching a variety of mindless, trash tv shows. Those help me forget anything negative that had happened throughout the work day. 

My go-to hype song is “Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drum” by A Perfect Circle.
