Checked out Moose Roofing due to TV advertising and additional research discovering company ownership by veterans with many years in business. Project Manager Chris and foreman Anthony were easy to work with, detail oriented and professional. Roofing crew was efficient and hard working even though the day was in the upper 90's and very humid. A surprise gusher rain storm was taken in stride and project finished same day. Clean up was thorough and complete. Moose assisted us with securing project funding. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Moose Makes It Right
When a former Moose account manager miscommunicated about our leaky roof to the team fixing the roof, the wrong repairs were made. The leak continued, causing additional damage in our attic and drywall. When I called Moose and Anthony came to check out the issue, he accurately diagnosed the cause of the leak, and he and the owners took responsibility for the previous error. Then Moose made the repairs — fixing the original leak and the additional damage — at no cost to me. Moose stood by their work until it was done right, and despite the original error, we will remember their service next time we need a full roof replacement.

We had them replace siding on the top part of our house, the bottom is brick. The workers came, started early and worked hard. But there was a misunderstanding that arose with the materials being used. We called a representative of the company and he got it resolved quickly and effectively. We love how our house looks now. Because of the quick action we received when we needed assistance that shows the great character of this company to truly serve the customer. They were always accessible and in contact with us. We would definitely recommend this company to do any repair or replacement jobs that a person needed to be done.
