What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build your pipeline through company leads, networking, referrals, canvassing, calls, and community connections
  • Meet with homeowners and perform exterior inspections, including roofs, siding, gutters, and storm-related damage
  • Document findings using photos, notes, and inspection software
  • Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior solutions with honesty and professionalism
  • Present proposals, close sales, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the process
  • Communicate consistently through calls, texts, and emails to deliver a high-level customer experience
  • Utilize company-provided systems including CRM software, inspection tools, and Microsoft 365
