Independent Sales Project Manager (1099)

Moose Roofing is hiring Sales Project Managers who provide homeowners with the best experience. Independent contractors will be responsible for inspections and ensuring high-quality service, including inspecting roofs, attics, and performing tasks that require climbing ladders. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate the sales process effectively to earn homeowners’ business and trust. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing customer relationships and ensuring quality control. 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct property inspections (roofs, attics, exterior systems.) and document findings with photos and reports. 
• Utilize sales best practices to source clients, generate referrals through calls and door knocking, and maintain a customer database. 
• Present company products and services, negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and texts while maintaining positive relationships. 
• Complete quality checks on service, delivery, and products. 
• This role is best suited for sales professionals who are comfortable operating independently.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate. 
• Comfortable with climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and being in attics.
